Juliet Anderson is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in Kirkland’s New York office. She represents sponsors on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a range of strategies including closed- and open-ended funds, with a primary focus on private equity and infrastructure. Her experience spans fund formation, capital raising, management company operations, marketing and placement agent arrangements, co-investment vehicles, fund restructurings and continuation vehicles, secondary sales, fund liquidations, investment adviser registration and compliance, regulatory investigations, carried interest arrangements and succession planning.
