Taylor Andrews is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and is a member of the Firm’s Debt Finance Practice Group. Taylor represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other public and private corporate borrowers in a wide range of complex debt financing matters, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, cross-border transactions, restructurings and liability management exercises. Her transaction experience includes syndicated and private credit facilities, first/second lien and unitranche financings, cash-flow and asset-based lending facilities, bridge loan facilities, distressed scenarios, special situations and other large-cap and middle market financings across an array of industry sectors.
