Anthony is an associate at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP in London. He advises on the tax and structuring aspects of M&A, debt restructuring, insolvency, fund formation and incentive plans.
He is familiar with the tax regimes in a number of core jurisdictions and has worked on transactions in over 25 countries. He has particular experience in carrying out the structuring of transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was an associate at Linklaters in London. He is admitted as a solicitor in the UK and Australia and previously taught law at the Australian National University.
