Anthony Antioch
Overview
Anthony is an associate at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP in London. He advises on the tax and structuring aspects of special situations, M&A, debt finance, investment funds and incentive plans.
He has worked on transactions across more than 40 countries and is familiar with the tax regimes in a number of core jurisdictions. He has particular experience in the structuring of transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was an associate at Linklaters in London. He is admitted as a solicitor in the UK and Australia and previously taught law at the Australian National University.
