Beth Ashbridge is an associate in the Technology & IP Transactions Practice Group in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Beth supports clients on the intellectual property, artificial intelligence, technology and data aspects of complex corporate and commercial transactions and advisory matters.
Beth also has extensive experience supporting clients on their broader commercial needs at various stages of partnering, development and manufacturing, licensing and distribution, and outsourcing. She previously worked as an associate in a U.S. patent litigation practice, where she was involved in several Hatch-Waxman, Biologics and Biosimilars litigations, inter partes review proceedings and FTO analyses. Beth holds a Ph.D. in chemical biology.
