• Bain Capital on the acquisition (together with Nextalia) of Deltatre, a sports media business
• Sun European Partners on:
  • the sale of Adler & Allan, a provider of environmental risk reduction advisory services
  • the take private of K3 Capital, a group of professional services firms providing advisory services to SMEs
• Lone Star on the multi-jurisdictional carve-out of MacDermid Graphics Solutions, a manufacturer and supplier of flexographic printing plates
• KLAR Partners on their investment in Ventro Group, a provider of building safety and compliance services
• OMERS Private Equity on the acquisition of Bionic, a provider of energy, insurance, finance and connectivity services to UK SMEs from ECI Partners and its founders
