Brian Baggetta is of counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Brian represents a variety of companies in the defense of product liability claims involving a number of pharmaceutical, medical device, personal care and other products. He has experience in the day-to-day management of large-scale product liability litigation, including state and federal court coordinated and multidistrict proceedings.
