Sofia Bahamonde is an associate in the Investment Funds Team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Sofia represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring, fundraising and operation of private investment funds with a focus on private equity, infrastructure, real assets and credit funds. Sofia also has experience advising on a variety of commingled and fund-like structures, including funds-of-one, managed accounts and co-investments.
