Sahara Baker is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sahara advises corporate clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, divestitures and joint ventures across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Sahara was involved in the following representative matters:

  • Goldman Sachs as financial advisor to:
    • the special committee of the board of directors of Select Medical in Select Medical’s $3.9 billion management buyout
    • the board of directors of CareDx in CareDx’s acquisition of Naveris
  • Jefferies and Goldman Sachs as financial advisors to the board of directors of Apogee Therapeutics in AbbVie’s acquisition of Apogee Therapeutics for $10.9 billion
  • Solomon Partners as financial advisor to the special committee of the board of directors of Guess? in connection with Authentic Brands Group’s acquisition of Guess? for $1.4 billion
