Kaiqi Bao is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and a member of Kirkland’s Liquidity Solutions Team.
Kaiqi advises and represents clients with respect to secondary and liquidity transactions involving private investment funds, including continuation vehicles and LP portfolio trades and transfers. Kaiqi also advises on the structuring, fundraising and operation of private investment funds.
