Maria Beltran is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Maria concentrates her practice on patent, copyright, trademark, and advertising litigation. Maria has worked on a variety of complex matters involving diverse technologies, including medical devices, radio communications, combustors, and computer software and hardware. Maria has experience with various stages of litigation, including pre-litigation evaluation, fact discovery, extensive work with expert witnesses, motion practice, and appeal. Maria is also active in pro bono matters.
