Extensive experience in ESOP transactions and in employee benefit issues in bankruptcy (pension funding waivers and plan terminations, PBGC negotiations/settlements, retiree welfare modification/termination, withdrawal liability discharge, controlled group analysis, fiduciary compliance, etc.).
