Lauren Biksacky

Lauren Biksacky is a trial attorney and litigation partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including matters and trials involving products liability, mass tort, fraud, class action and multidistrict litigation. Lauren has litigated cases for some of the nation’s largest companies and has tried many of those cases to verdict. Lauren represented one of the world’s largest automakers in multidistrict litigation related to vehicle recalls, winning complete defense verdicts in a series of federal and state trials.

Lauren received her J.D. from Yale Law School. Lauren clerked for the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York for the Honorable Edgardo Ramos. Most recently, she worked as an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Department of Justice where she served as trial counsel in district court and appellate counsel in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
