Michael Biondi is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on the formation, structuring, offering and operation of private investment funds, including buyout, venture capital, credit and rated investment vehicles for emerging managers and established sponsors.
Prior to law school, Michael worked in foreign policy in Washington, D.C.
