Corey Bopp is a debt finance associate in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on private equity, financing transactions and debt restructurings. Corey has experience representing private equity funds, hedge funds, special situation investors, financial institutions and public and private corporate borrowers in a wide variety of financing transactions in both the United States and abroad, with a concentration on acquisition financing, cash-flow and asset-based financing (including reserve-based lending for oil and gas transactions), recapitalizations, mezzanine financing and complex structured financings. In addition, Corey regularly counsels clients on working capital arrangements, debt compliance matters and corporate governance matters.
