Daniel Borg
Overview
Dan Borg is a partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. His practice primarily focuses on advising private equity sponsors across a wide range of complex and multijurisdictional financing transactions, including leveraged finance, public and private holdco financings and restructurings. Dan’s clients include Accel-KKR, Apollo, Bain Capital, BC Partners, the Carlyle Group, Centerbridge Partners, Cinven, the EP Group, GIC, Hg Capital and Lone Star Funds.
Dan has been recognised in The Lawyer “Hot 100” 2020, which celebrates the United Kingdom’s top lawyers acting on the most significant matters with creative flair, and by Legal Week who named Dan to its 2018 list of “Rising Stars: The Next Generation of City Private Equity Talent”.
