Caitlin Bouey is a debt finance partner in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Caitlin represents private equity funds, corporate borrowers and other financial institutions on a variety of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, including cash-flow and asset-based lending facilities, leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, workouts and restructurings, refinancings, recapitalizations and first and second lien, mezzanine, subordinated and unitranche financings.
