• Jacobs Solutions Inc. in connection with the spin-off of its Critical Mission Solutions business to Amentum via Reverse Morris Trust
• TheSoul Publishing in connection with its acquisition of a controlling stake in Underscore Talent
• The Personalized Beauty Company in connection with its sale to Edge Systems Intermediate, LLC, an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of The Beauty Health Company
• Seven Aces Limited in connection with a CDN$224 million go private transaction where Seven Aces was taken private by Trive Capital
• Brookfield Business Partners L.P. in connection with the non-US legal aspects of its US$13.2 billion acquisition of Johnson Controls’ Power Solutions business
• Brookfield Business Partners L.P. in connection with its US$230 million sale of BGRS to Relo Group
• Sika in connection with its acquisition of King Packaged Materials Company
• RealPage in connection with its acquisition of CRE Global Enterprises
