Alex Brodkin is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Alex advises and represents private fund manager clients in relation to all aspects of the structuring and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of asset classes, including in respect of co-investment arrangements as well as a variety of corporate matters including marketing arrangements, confidentiality agreements and fund and firm governance.
