James Bronitt is a financial services regulatory associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
James has experience advising alternative investment funds, fund managers and financial institutions on UK and EU financial regulation and fund matters, with a focus on AIFMD, MiFID II, UK FSMA and MAR. He has broad financial services regulatory law experience having previously worked in-house at Blackstone, Goldman Sachs and MUFG.
