- Private credit financing sources on providing a New York law governed Euro denominated term loan facility in support of U.S. private equity sponsor Albion River’s acquisition of Wescom.
- Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT) in connection with its pending $39 billion Reverse Morris Trust combination with Becton, Dickinson’s (NYSE: BDX) Biosciences & Diagnostic Solutions business, to obtain aggregate $7 billion commitments in respect financings for both a potential WAT dividend and for BDX.
- Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (Nasdaq: WBD) in its $17 billion secured bridge facility in connection with its tender offer and consent solicitation supporting a new corporate structure that will comprise two divisions: Global Linear Networks and Streaming & Studios.
- Pintail Completions, a leading Permian Basin oilfield wireline services company, in its sale to RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) for $245 million in cash and newly issued shares of RPC stock.
- Fortress Credit Corp. on providing a $75 million private credit financing to a wholly owned subsidiary of Tiptree Inc. (Nasdaq: TIPT), a Nasdaq listed company that allocates capital to select small and middle market companies with the mission of building long-term value.
- Crown Laboratories, Inc., a privately held, global innovative leader in the skincare industry, on the close of an agreement to purchase Revance Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVNC), a biotechnology company aimed at setting the new standard in healthcare with innovative aesthetic and therapeutic offering.
- Powin, a global leader in battery energy storage solutions, on successfully securing a revolving credit facility of up to $200 million primarily from insurance accounts managed by KKR, a leading global investment firm.
- Gogo Inc. (Nasdaq: GOGO) on its definitive agreement to acquire Satcom Direct, to create the only in-flight connectivity provider able to satisfy the performance and cost needs of every segment of the global business aviation and military/government mobility markets.
- Antero Resources Corporation (NYSE: AR), an independent natural gas and natural gas liquids company engaged in the acquisition, development and production of unconventional properties located in the Appalachian Basin in West Virginia and Ohio, in connection with its entry into a new unsecured credit facility with lender commitments of $1.65 billion.
