Overview

Houston Brown is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Houston’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation and commercial litigation in federal district courts with an emphasis on the District of Delaware. Houston has experience in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit analysis, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial and post-trial briefing. Before returning to Kirkland, Houston clerked for the Honorable Jennifer L. Hall in the District of Delaware. Houston also maintains an active pro bono practice where he regularly appears in state court and administrative tribunals.
