Brittany Lischinsky Burke is an antitrust and competition partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She advises clients and represents them before the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and Attorneys General in antitrust merger reviews. She has represented clients from a wide range of industries including healthcare, medical devices, logistics software, industrial goods, consumer goods and food products, and education technology.
