Tanner advises private equity sponsors, public companies and other borrowers on a wide range of domestic and international financing transactions. His experience includes the representation of clients in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, private credit and syndicated loans, acquisition financings, asset-based and working capital facilities, bond and preferred equity offerings, restructurings, special situations and distressed transactions, debtor-in-possession financings, workouts and liability management transactions.
