Overview

Chris Burrichter is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Chris has experience in all stages of state and federal litigation, including product liability, securities, class action, biometric privacy and white collar matters. Chris has successfully defended public companies and their employees across a broad range of industries, including medical device, pharmaceutical, energy and technology.

Chris advises clients throughout the United States on high stakes disputes, including frequent appearances in court and before mediators. Recently, Chris has played a critical role in leading fact and expert discovery in the largest federal multidistrict litigation in history. In the course of his work, Chris has participated in trials, taken and defended dozens of fact and expert depositions, written and successfully argued critical briefing, and negotiated favorable settlements for his clients.
