Henry Caldwell is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Henry represents individuals and corporations throughout a diverse range of industries in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court. Henry has represented chemicals, environmental, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, logistics and energy clients in all phases and types of complex litigation, with a focus on drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, efficiently managing written, document, and oral discovery and preparing for trial. He has experience representing clients in commercial disputes, class actions, mass and toxic tort and products liability litigation. Henry has a keen interest in assisting clients as they navigate the complexities of litigation, and applies his skills toward understanding and mitigating the related business, reputational and legal risks.
