Alec Campbell is a tax partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Alec represents U.S. and non-U.S. investment fund managers in connection with the formation of funds that invest in the U.S. and/or overseas, including venture capital funds, buyout funds, funds-of-funds, debt funds and other investment partnerships. Alec also regularly advises investment fund managers and institutional investors on the formation of continuation funds, the purchase and sale of interests in investment funds, the tax aspects of other secondaries transactions and liquidity solutions for private fund sponsors.
