Justin Campbell is an associate in the Government, Regulatory & Internal Investigations Practice Group in Kirkland’s Washington, D.C., office. He advises domestic and international clients on international trade and national security regulatory matters and complex cross-border transactions, including in connection with economic sanctions, export controls and investment controls.
Justin previously worked at a major French bank in Paris where he investigated a variety of cases raising potential implications under U.S. and EU sanctions regulations. Justin's prior experience also includes working in top-tier U.S. law firms in Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Paris, where he assisted multinational corporations and financial institutions on a variety of regulatory matters.
Justin graduated from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) in Paris, France. He is a native French and English speaker.
