Cassandra Catalano is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Cassandra’s complex commercial litigation practice includes experience in employment litigation, nationwide class actions, False Claims Act matters, multidistrict litigation trials, and products liability and toxic tort matters. Cassandra represents a diverse client base, including Big-4 accounting firms, major pharmaceutical players, national insurers, and chemical and medical device manufacturers. She also defends corporations in government enforcement actions, conducts internal investigations for a variety of clients in the pharmaceutical industry and counsels clients on the adequacy of their internal controls and compliance procedures. Cassandra maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on civil rights and constitutional law.
