Soo Kyung Chae

Soo Kyung Chae is a capital markets associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Soo Kyung advises and represents a broad range of public and private companies on the full range of capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and complex securities law issues. She represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters in capital-raising transactions through public and private equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offering, preferred stock issuances, high-yield and investment grade debt transactions, SPAC transactions, PIPE investments and tender and exchange offers. She also counsels U.S. and international companies with respect to corporate and securities law matters, including reporting and compliance obligations, and restructuring and liability management transactions.
