Guillemette Chamayou is an investment funds partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Guillemette advises and represents fund managers in relation to the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, with a primary focus on private equity, infrastructure, venture capital and credit funds, and on carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.

Advising Oaktree Capital Management in the formation of Oaktree Opportunities Fund XI, a $15.9 billion fund, known as the largest distressed debt fund ever raised in the market and Oaktree’s largest fund in history
Advising Antin Infrastructure Partners in the formation of Antin Infrastructure Partners IV, a €6.5 billion global infrastructure fund
Advising EQT Partners in the formation of EQT Ventures II, a €660 million Europe technology/venture capital fund
Advising CVC Credit Partners in connection with separately managed accounts
Advising Searchlight Capital on the acquisition of a 26% minority stake in Latécoère, a French aeronautics company
