Tiffany is an English-qualified lawyer and advises private equity sponsors across a broad range of asset classes with respect to fund formations and ongoing fund maintenance. Tiffany also represents established institutional investors in connection with primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions.
Prior to relocating to Asia, Tiffany worked in the London office of a leading U.S. law firm.
