Rudgee S. Charles is a corporate partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP with a focus on asset finance and securitization. He has experience representing issuers, borrowers, lenders and initial purchasers in a broad range of asset securitization, structured finance, secured lending and receivables sale transactions. He also counsels clients on complex offering issues, securities laws and corporate governance matters.
