Charles has advised various private equity sponsors and investment managers on all aspects related to their business, including private investment fund formations, capital raising, regulatory and compliance matters, firm ownership and operational issues and other complex business transactions including sponsor spinouts. He has also advised secondary funds, institutional investors and sponsors in connection with complex secondary transactions, including traditional portfolio investments, sales, secondary directs, stapled secondary offerings and fund restructurings.
