• Represented a spirits company in a buyout dispute with its joint venture partner in New York state court.
• Represented a transportation industry manufacturer in an international arbitration concerning alleged breaches of a sale and purchase agreement.
• Represented a healthcare company in a shareholder lawsuit brought in connection with a take-private transaction in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Represented an insurance company in a shareholder lawsuit challenging the validity of certain of the company's governing documents.

Represented victim of a religious hate crime in a personal injury lawsuit in New York state court.
