• Sandbrook Capital in its acquisition of Intellirent from Electro Rent Corporation
• McDermott in its $475 million sale of its CB&I storage business to a consortium led by Mason Capital Management
• TPG-backed CLEAResult, a provider of energy efficiency, energy transition and energy sustainability services, in its sale to Kohlberg & Company
• CoolSys in its acquisition of Mechanical Engineering & Construction Corporation, a full-service mechanical engineering firm
• Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) in its $1.2 billion acquisition of Stavola, an aggregates-led and vertically integrated construction materials company
• Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN) in its $5 billion acquisition of the Williston Basin business of Grayson Mill Energy

Prior to joining Kirkland, Carli was involved in the following matters:

• Crowley Maritime Corporation in the formation of Crowley Wind Services, a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners to develop terminals and provide maritime services in support of offshore wind energy development in the United States
• Boasso Global, a portfolio company of KKR, in its acquisition of Linden Bulk Transportation from Odyssey Logistics & Technology
• Energy Transfer in connection with the sale of its interests in Energy Transfer Canada
• Long Ridge Energy Terminal, a portfolio company of Fortress Investment Group, in the execution of a definitive agreement for the investment in and development of a low carbon, biodegradable plastics production facility in Hannibal, Ohio with Newlight Technologies
• FloWorks International, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, in its sale to Wynnchurch Capital
• FloWorks Holdings, LLC, a Clearlake Capital Group portfolio company, in its acquisition of Transom SemiTorr Holdings Corp., a specialty fluid handling systems and components distributor
• Select Energy Services in its acquisition of Breakwater Energy Services, a leading provider of water infrastructure, recycling, transfer and disposal solutions
• Pinto America Growth Fund in connection with the sale of Barri Holdings, a provider of financial services (including international and domestic money transfers, check cashing, and bill payment), to DolEx Dollar Express, Inc.
• Crestwood Equity Partners in its $600 million acquisition of Sendero Midstream Partners
• Crestview Partners in its investment in Upwell Water, a water-focused specialty finance company
• Zaxby's in its sale of a significant stake of the company to Goldman Sachs
