Brandon Christensen is a litigation partner in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration. He has defended and prosecuted complex cases regarding breaches of contract, false advertising, unfair competition, intellectual property, fraud and other business-related issues. Brandon is experienced in litigating business divorces, including corporate governance and business valuation disputes. He is also experienced in litigating employment disputes involving trade secrets, confidential information and noncompete agreements.
