- Amkor Technology in connection with its $1.15 billion convertible senior notes offering and concurrent capped call transactions.
- Crown Holdings, Inc. in connection with its €500 million notes offering issued by its subsidiary, Crown European Holdings S.A.
- Crown Holdings, Inc. in connection with its $700 million notes offering issued by its subsidiary, Crown Americas LLC.
