Brendan Civitello is a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Brendan’s practice involves advising fund sponsors on the organization and formation of registered and private equity funds, advising the boards of registered funds on regulatory matters, advising public companies in preparing for shareholder meetings and SEC filings, and advising underwriters in capital markets transactions.
