Parisa Clovis is a debt finance partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Parisa’s experience focuses on funds finance acting for borrowers and sponsors (both domestic and international) in connection with NAV and hybrid facilities, subscription line facilities, GP support lines and refinancings across a range of sectors and asset classes. Parisa also has substantial experience in advising lenders in respect of funds finance transactions with the addition of undertaking a six-month secondment with a French bank.

Advising a Spanish credit fund on a complex €150 million hybrid credit facility, with security granted over uncalled commitments and portfolio assets.
Advising a European real estate fund on a $550 million subscription line facility with a syndicate of lenders.
Advising a European buyout fund in respect of a €70 million subscription line facility.
Advising a Swiss PE fund on a $100 million NAV facility.
Advising a European logistics fund in respect of a €200 million subscription line facility.
Advising a large credit fund on an innovative debt fund NAV facility.
Advising a prominent sovereign wealth fund in connection with an unsecured €300 million corporate facility to a portfolio company.
Advising a US PE fund in respect of a $15 million hybrid facility with a UK bank, with a concentrated portfolio base.
