Parisa Clovis is a debt finance partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Parisa’s experience focuses on funds finance acting for borrowers and sponsors (both domestic and international) in connection with NAV and hybrid facilities, subscription line facilities, GP support lines and refinancings across a range of sectors and asset classes. Parisa also has substantial experience in advising lenders in respect of funds finance transactions with the addition of undertaking a six-month secondment with a French bank.

A private equity fund on a $1.2 billion NAV facility.
A private equity fund on a €300 million NAV facility with an ESG element.
A prominent sovereign wealth fund on several SMAs financings.
A private equity fund on a $1.1 billion subscription line facility for parallel fund entities.
A private equity fund on a €270 continuation fund financing, together with a €6.75 million GP commit facility for that continuation financing.
A large cap credit fund on a NAV facility on a joint basis between K&E’s New York and London offices.
A credit fund on a syndicated $225 million NAV facility.
A large European real estate fund on a €550 million multi-currency syndicated subscription facility.
A European private equity fund on a €49 million continuation financing.
A large US private equity fund on the refinancing of its €240 million capital call facility.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Parisa worked on the following matters:
A UK private equity firm on a secured NAV-based revolving credit facility.
A European credit fund on a €150 million hybrid credit facility.
A European buyout fund in respect of a €70 million subscription line facility.
A private equity fund on a $100 million NAV facility.
A European logistics fund in respect of a €200 million subscription line facility.
A US private equity fund in respect of a concentrated portfolio $15 million hybrid facility.
