• A private equity fund on a $1.1 billion subscription line facility for parallel fund entities.
• A private equity fund on a €270 continuation fund financing, together with a €6.75 million GP commit facility for that continuation financing.
• A large cap credit fund on a NAV facility on a joint basis between K&E’s New York and London offices.
• A credit fund on a syndicated $225 million NAV facility.
• A large European real estate fund on a €550 million multi-currency syndicated subscription facility.
• A European private equity fund on a €49 million continuation financing.
• A large US private equity fund on the refinancing of its €240 million capital call facility.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Parisa worked on the following matters:

• A UK private equity firm on a secured NAV-based revolving credit facility.
• A European credit fund on a €150 million hybrid credit facility.
