Sydne Collier is a litigation partner in the Government, Regulatory and Internal Investigations Practice Group in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sydne is an experienced trial lawyer who represents individuals and corporations in connection with internal investigations as well as criminal and civil enforcement matters involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and various other federal and state regulators.
