Overview

Dominic Conoshenti is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dominic has helped represent industry-leading corporations at trial in state and federal courts across the county. His practice focuses on complex commercial, environmental and product liability matters for clients in the consumer product, chemical, pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Dominic has prepared trial examinations of critical fact and expert witnesses as well as opening statements and closing arguments. He has experience with all phases of litigation including taking and defending depositions, dispositive motion practice, settlement and trial.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Dominic was a member of the trial team that obtained full defense verdict in six-week long trial brought by four plaintiffs alleging injuries from exposure to ethylene oxide from a medical device company’s sterilization facility.
