Marco advises sponsors and borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a focus on leveraged acquisition finance transactions and infrastructure finance.

Since joining Kirkland & Ellis, Marco has advised:

  • Apax Partners LLP on the unitranche financing for the acquisition of WGSN Ltd
  • Apax Partners and Fremman Capital-backed Palex Medical on the financing for the announced acquisition of Duomed
