Scott Cowie, a partner in the Firm’s Debt Finance and Structured Capital and Insurance Solutions Practice Groups, focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate and financial transactions with respect to commercial, consumer and other asset-backed security classes. He advises domestic and international asset managers, funds, financial institutions and other market participants in their roles as managers, arrangers, issuers and borrowers in connection with offerings of debt and equity securities (primarily CLOs), rated note feeders, CFOs, warehouse financing facilities and other complex structured credit financing arrangements.
