Elise Crichton is an investment funds associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Elise advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring and operation of private investment funds. Elise also has experience working on related carried interest and co-investment arrangements, secondary transactions and continuation funds. She has also represented a number of large institutional investors in their investments into various private investment fund products.
