Overview

Allie Cunningham is an intellectual property litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on copyright, trademark, advertising, and trade secret litigation and counseling. She represents clients on matters across a wide variety of industries, ranging from toys to pharmaceutical products. Allie has experience with cases across multiple venues, including litigation in federal court, trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and actions before the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureau. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including trademark and copyright advice for civil rights organizations and nonprofits, and petitions for individuals on death row. Prior to rejoining Kirkland, Allie served as a law clerk to Judge Victor A. Bolden on the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, where she assisted with four trials during her one-year clerkship.
