John Curran is a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong and a partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP (U.S.) in the Debt Finance Practice Group, based in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. John has a broad range of experience advising private equity sponsors, strategic investors, corporates, arrangers and credit funds on a variety of financing transactions across the Asia Pacific region, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings.
Prior to joining Kirkland, John worked in the London and Singapore offices of a leading international law firm.
