Kayla Davis is an employment and labor associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kayla primarily practices transactional employment and labor law by assisting clients on national and international corporate transactions, counseling clients on post-acquisition and restructuring-related issues, and negotiating and drafting complex employment-related agreements. Kayla also counsels clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, union matters, employment-related policies, and other labor and employment issues. Kayla's approach to counseling and transactional matters is enhanced by her robust experience litigating labor and employment-related issues in U.S. federal and state courts, arbitration, and before regulatory bodies.
