Apax-backed WGSN on its acquisition of IWSR.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Joe advised on the following matters:
BlackRock LTPC on its $3.8 billion sale of luxury fragrance house, Creed, to global luxury group Kering.
Permira and Alter Domus on their strategic partnership with Cinven, valuing Alter Domus at $5.3 billion.
