Ben Deninger is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on helping clients successfully navigate all phases of the construction project life cycle. Ben works with clients to draft and negotiate all manner of construction agreements using both industry standard forms and bespoke documents specific to a given project or use case. As project counsel, Ben works with clients to avoid formal dispute resolution when issues arise during construction. However, Ben also has more than 10 years of experience litigating issues throughout all phases of a construction project before a variety of dispute resolution boards, courts and arbitral panels nationwide.
Ben is well versed in a wide range of projects including those related to traditional and renewable energy, infrastructure, heavy civil and rail, industrial manufacturing facilities, commercial office buildings, luxury condominiums and mixed-use developments. Additionally, Ben provides guidance to clients throughout the industry on a myriad of licensing, advertising and other compliance issues nationwide.
