Nicholas DiCrescenzo, a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group, focuses his practice on representing fund sponsors in the formation and management of private investment funds, including buyout, mezzanine, senior debt and industry-specific funds, as well as the structuring, operation and regulatory compliance of their management companies. He is also involved in organizing separately managed account arrangements and other complex business transactions.
